What this work is, what it is not, how the one-to-one TCM mentoring is contracted, and the terms of use of this site.
1. Who offers the services
The services described on this site are offered by BT Serviços de Ensino e Tecnologia Ltda. (BT Inova), Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 30.580.414/0001-06, registered at Av. Diário de Notícias, 400, suite 1313-B, Cristal, Porto Alegre/RS, Brazil, 90810-080, e-mail suporte@btinova.com, as required by Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013. Responsible person: Walmir Bandeira.
2. Nature of the work
TCM, the Theory of Modular Consciousnesses, is educational and performance-oriented. The one-to-one mentoring, the free diagnosis, the TCMind app and TCM Academy are not psychotherapy or health treatment, and do not replace psychological, psychiatric or medical care.
Walmir Bandeira is a psychologist registered in Brazil (CRP 07/14365). In the services described on this site he acts as a mentor and as the creator of the method, not as a psychotherapist. If, in the interview or during the mentoring, it becomes clear that your case calls for clinical care, you will be told so directly.
3. No guarantee of results
Nothing on this site, in the diagnosis, the reports, the videos or the lessons should be read as a claim or guarantee of results. The figures presented (people served, years of practice, improvement percentages, time to first effect) describe accumulated experience and measurements taken with mentees, not a promise for your case. Results depend on your engagement and on factors outside our control.
4. The free diagnosis
- It is a self-assessment: the report reflects your own answers and estimates derived from them, such as time spent with a busy mind. It is not a clinical diagnosis or an expert report.
- It is free and without commitment. The report is yours, whether or not you apply for the mentoring.
- Each link is individual and valid once. Data is handled under the Privacy policy. The diagnosis is currently available in Portuguese.
5. General terms of the one-to-one mentoring
- By application. The sequence is: application (form), then a 45-minute online interview; Portuguese speakers can start with the free diagnosis. The interview assesses whether there is a fit on both sides; it is not a sales call. Sending an application does not guarantee a place.
- Contracting. The specific conditions (duration of up to 4 months, meeting schedule, contact channels, price, payment, rescheduling and termination policy) are presented in the interview and formalised in a written contract or proposal before the start. In case of conflict, the contract prevails.
- Format. Live online meetings. Occasional in-person meetings, when agreed, have travel and accommodation at the mentee's expense.
- Materials. Protocols, reports, TCM Academy lessons and access to the TCMind app are for the mentee's personal, non-transferable use.
- Right of withdrawal. For contracts made remotely with consumers in Brazil, the 7-day period of the Consumer Protection Code applies from the date of contracting, provided the meetings have not started; details in the contract.
6. Testimonials
The video testimonials are personal accounts from mentees and students, published with their permission, and describe individual experiences. They do not represent typical results or a guarantee. The videos are hosted on YouTube and Vimeo, subject to those platforms' policies.
7. Logos and mentions
The companies named in the line "has mentored founders and leaders from" indicate the professional background of people served and do not imply endorsement, partnership or institutional contracting by those companies, unless expressly stated.
8. Copyright and trademarks
TCM, Theory of Modular Consciousnesses, TCMind, the diagnosis, the reports, and the texts, images and videos on this site are authored and owned by Walmir Bandeira and protected by copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited. Personal use of your diagnosis report is free.
9. Use of the site
- The site is informational. Links to external platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, tcmind.help) follow each platform's terms.
- We do our best to keep the content up to date, but there may be errors or changes without prior notice.
- Jurisdiction: the courts of Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil, for matters relating to this site, without prejudice to consumer forum rules where applicable.
